Company Experience in Call Centre:

Set up experience of establishing and running of  80  seat inbound domestic  call centre for Election Commission of India at Bhopal & Raipur Chief  Election  Commission  during Lok Sabha Elections in April-May 2004.

We had established an outbound call centre for Reliance Infocomm Ltd at Bhopal The call center was 70 seats, average calls made per day around 10000.Call Center was running in 2 shifts of 6 hours each.

Current Projects at Bhopal and Indore:

Inbound call center for a telecom company handling around 600000 calls per month. Call center is operational 24*7*365 Days.

30 seat Outbound call center for  Airtel  at Bhopal  handling around 150000 calls per month on lead generation and VAS activations.

38 seat Outbound call center for Reliance Infocomm Ltd at Bhopal handling Customer Care and Address Verification Calling.

50 seat Outbound call center for Idea at Indore handling customer care, collection and VAS activation.

Facilities Available:

Automatic Call Distributor: (ACD)

Voice Logger: For recording of calls attended by the Agent.
